Cap S.H. Collins, age 81, born March 31, 1932, of Springboro, OH passed away Friday October 4, 2013 at his home.
He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Nellie M. Collins; brothers, Frank (Pinky) Collins and Robert (Diana) Collins; sister, Shirley Ealey; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members.
He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Lassie Collins; daughter, Charlotte Collins; brothers, James, Ray, and JB Collins; and sister, Mary E. Wilder.
Visitation is Tuesday October 8, 2013 from 9am to 11am with funeral service starting at 11am at the Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel), Kettering, OH.
Pastor Stephen Powell is officiating.
Interment is in Germantown Cemetery.
