Calvin Burchett
Calvin C. Burchett, 86, of Kettering, OH passed away Wednesday September 21, 2011. He is preceded in death by his parents, George W. and Jane Burchett and many siblings. Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Betty Burchett; sons, Donald and Jeffrey Burchett; daughter, Kimberly (Mark) Canning; grandchildren, Jason, Joshua, Noah, and Sarah; and many friends at the VFW. Calvin served in the US Army and was a P.O.W. in Germany during WWII.
Visitation is Monday September 26, 2011 from 5pm to 7pm with funeral service on Tuesday September 27, 2011 at 10am at the Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel), Kettering, OH.
Interment is in Valley View Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
