Smith, Calloway, age 78, of Miamisburg, passed away on Tuesday, May 1, 2012. Calloway was a United States Army Veteran proudly serving in the Korean War and was Past Governor of Moose Lodge #1645.

Calloway is survived by his wife of 60 years: Geneva (Kindall) Smith; children: Patricia Wells of Vandalia, Arthur Kyle of Florida, Michael (Paula) Kyle of Miamisburg; grandchildren: Sherry (John) Seaver, Wendy (Bill) Preston, Debbie (Scott) Matthews, Carla (Marc) Taylor, Bryan (Jodie) Kyle; brother: James (Juanita) Smith; sister: Madeline Fellens; nephew: Tom Smith; special friend: Paul Hickman; and numerous great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his grandchildren: Tammy Smith & Mindy Kyle; brothers: Tom Brach Smith & George Smith; and sister: Justine Laub.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel) 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering. Interment with Military Honors with follow at Dayton National Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday morning from 10:00 A.M. until time of service.
