C. Imogene Williams

C. Imogene Williams, age 89, of Dayton, Ohio, passed away peacefully in her sleep on November 16, 2023. She was born in Kentucky on September 25, 1934 to the late Wesley and Hester Banks. In addition to her parents, Imogene was also preceded in death by her husband, Harold; twin brother Eugene; brothers: Doug, Bennett and Charlie; daughter, Kathy Sue; sons, Danny and Larry; and granddaughter, Kelly.

Imogene is survived by her children: Terry, Jerry, and Shelia; grandchildren, great grandchildren, and many family and friends who loved her.

Imogene had a heart of gold and was the strongest, most selfless woman. She will be missed by many.


A visitation will be held on Monday, November 20, 2023 from 12:30pm to 1:30pm at the Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton. The funeral service will immediately follow at 1:30pm. Imogene will be laid to rest at Dayton Memorial Park.
