Bruce E. HIll, age 89 of Dayton, passed away Saturday, June 27, 2015. He was born October 12, 1925 in Owsley County, Kentucky the son of Preston and Pearl Hill.
He is preceded in death by his parents; a son, Ronnie Hill; and his best friend, Kenneth Coffey.
Bruce is survived by his wife, Nina; seven children, Joe Hill, Bruce Hill, Sherry Buening, Madelon Gorsky, Jeff Hill, Rusty Hill, and Brian Hill; a sister, Madelon Haddix; 12 grandchildren; and 28 great grandchildren. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Visitation will be Thursday, July 2, 2015 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - South Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, Ohio 45439). Burial at Dayton National Cemetery will take place at a later date. Please visit www.newcomerdayton.com to share a memory in the family guest book.
