Bruce D. Duffee

Bruce D. Duffee, age 68 of Dayton, passed away Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at The James at The Ohio State University. He was born September 2, 1952 in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, the son of the late Dale and Marilyn Duffee.

Bruce is survived by his wife of 31 years, Joan; daughters, Kim (Scott) Stokes, Tracy (Kevin) Matchett, Shannon Heincker; son, Scott (Julie) Duffee; grandchildren, Dustin, Shelby, Kaila, Brandalyn, Morgan, Ava, Elin, Callie, Cole; great grandchildren, Colton and Macey; as well as numerous other family members and many friends.

Bruce was a graduate of Miamisburg High School. He enjoyed camping, fishing, gardening and was an avid Dayton Flyers basketball fan.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Newcomer Kettering Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, Ohio 45439). Funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 1, 2021 at 11:00 am, also at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Miami Valley Memory Gardens. The State of Ohio is under a mandatory mask order and has required that face masks will be worn in all public places.
