Brooklyn Master Jones, born August 17, 1996 as a strong Leo in Dayton, Ohio. He passed away unexpectedly on March 17, 2020. Brook was a 2014 graduate of Fairmont High School, graduating with honors.
He loved to play sports, which he did for Kettering and Centerville, starting at the age of 7. His true passion was cooking where he excelled in doing so. He worked up until his time of death at Local Cantina Restaurant, with people he loved and admired. Brook was living his best dream. He was so happy doing so.
Brook is survived by his loving mom, Christina Jones; sister, Lauren Freeman-Jones; brother, Christopher Patterson; grandmother, Linda Pegram; aunts, Cindy Jones, Lisa Booker; cousins, Nicholas, who he considered a brother, Anissa, Chelsea, Courtney, Victor and Johnny, III; little second cousins that he adored; and numerous third cousins; great-aunt, Debbie; great-uncles, Kenny, Donnie and Rick; God Mother, LaChanda McCain and her family, numerous loving and loyal friends; and his beloved dog, Sace.
He is preceded in death by his unborn baby, which he loved so much; great-grandparents, Richard and Dorothy James; great-grandfather, Bill Jones; his one and only uncle, Johnny Jones, Jr.; and a host of great uncles, aunts, and third cousins; also by his loving childhood dog, Maddie.
Brooklyn was such a great young man who loved and cared for so many people. He had such a great heart. Brook was an aspiring chef with dreams of owning his own restaurant. He will be truly missed by all who loved him.
Private family services will be held at a later date. Brooklyn's final resting place will be at Jeffersonview Cemetery.
