Brian J. Wick

Wick, Brian J., age 34, of Huber Heights, passed away Sunday, September 14, 2008 after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born June 27, 1974 in Greenville, OH. He graduated from Greenville Sr. High School in 1992 and he served in the US Navy. He is survived by his wife, Julie Wick; children, Kyle & Amber Wick of Phoenix, AZ; step-children, Kylie & Tommy Hoskins of Tipp City; mother, Mary (Thomas) Hutcheson of Kettering; father, Jim (Lydia) Wick of Greenville; grandmother, Jewel Fitzwater of Greenville, OH; brother, Will Hutcheson of Kettering; and numerous other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 10 AM on Thursday, September 18, 2008 at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, OH, with Pastor Fritz Weese officiating. Interment will follow at Dayton National Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 6-8 PM and also 1 hour prior to services on Thursday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Dream Foundation (www.dreamfoundation.org) who gave Brian a special gift of an Orlando vacation during the last holiday season to be enjoyed with his family.
