Brent A. Prain, age 69 of Dayton, passed away Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at Hospice of Dayton. He was born February 2, 1952 in Ypsilanti, Michigan, the son of William Lucado and Mary Lou Prain.
He is preceded in death by his mother and step-father, Mary Lou and Robert Prain; and father, William Lucado.
Brent is survived by his wife, Teresa; sons, Mark (Leslie) Prain, Matthew (Carmen) Prain; grandson, Mason Prain; siblings, Kent (JoAnn) Prain (his twin), Gene Prain, Susie (Robert), Grapp, Sandie (Bill) Hutchins; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Brent served his country in the United States Air Force, as a trumpet player in the Band of Flight. He also retired from General Motors Moraine Truck & Bus after 30 years of service.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 27, 2021 from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Newcomer Kettering Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, Ohio 45439). Funeral service will begin at 6:00 pm.
