Brenda K. Steinbrugge

Steinbrugge, Brenda K. (Shouse), age 68, of Huber Heights, passed away surrounded by loved ones on March 26, 2023. She was born December 2, 1954 to Fred and Betty "Jane" Shouse in Dayton, OH. On February 4, 1977 Brenda married her husband, David A. Steinbrugge who preceded her in death on September 18, 1995. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Darlene J. Steinbrugge; father, Fred and step mother, Marie Shouse; step father, Frank Hockey; and beloved sister, Debbie Baker.

Brenda is survived by her mother, Betty "Jane" Hockey (Gates, Shouse) of Huber Heights; her son, David A. Steinbrugge II of Huber Heights; daughter, Christine (Kevin) Krimm of New Carlisle; granddaughters: Tiffany (Henry) Cress of Troy and Kristin Krimm of New Carlisle; grandson, Tyler (Jacki) Krimm of Troy; and great grandchildren: Dallan, Tucker, and Troy; brother in law, Larry Baker; sisters: Theresa (George) Elsenbach and Betsy Shouse; and numerous nieces, nephews, in laws, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Brenda's name to Adopt A Pit Rescue PO Box 137, Germantown, Ohio 45327 or another local animal rescue of your choice.

Visitation will be held on Monday, April 3, 2023 from 9:30am to 10:30am at the Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton. Funeral services will immediately follow at 10:30am. Brenda will be laid to rest at Royal Oak Memorial Gardens in Brookville, Ohio.
