Brenda Marie Loy

Brenda Marie Loy, age 66, of Riverside, Ohio, went home to be with the Lord June 14, 2022. Brenda was born in Columbus, Ohio, on June 18, 1955 to the late Paul and Doris Brown. In addition to her parents, Brenda was preceded in death by her brothers: Ben Brown and Paul Brown Jr.; infant sister, Connie Brown; brother-in-laws, Jerry Herbst and Roger Hamman; and several aunts and uncles.

Brenda is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Joseph Loy; beloved dog, Canicule; sons: Joseph and Scott; sister, Jenny Herbst; siblings-in-law: Wayne Loy, John Loy, Katy Hamman, and Lisa (Robbie) Davis; as well as several nieces, nephews, extended family and church family, and friends.

Brenda was a member and a servant of Way of the Cross Church and loved her church family dearly. She proudly served her church for over 25 years. The only thing she loved more than her church was her family. Being a wife and Mom brought her great joy.

A memorial service will be held at 12:00pm on Saturday, July 16, 2022 at Way of the Cross Church.
