Kenyon, Brenda C., "Bren", age 67, of Dayton, went home to be with the Lord on March 15, 2018.
She was born May 19, 1950 in Bloomington, Indiana to the late Alva Earl and Gladys Marie (Robertson) Porter.
In addition to her parents Brenda was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Charles and Kenneth Porter, and sister-in-law, Virginia Porter.
She was a beautiful mother, grandmother, wife and friend, and loved her family so much.
Brenda impacted to so many lives and will be most remembered for her unconditional love and her supportive, generous heart. She was a very strong and patient lady, and was affectionately known as the "neighborhood mom" and was also a "bonus grandma" to many. In her spare time Brenda enjoyed crocheting and collecting clowns of all kinds.
Brenda is survived by her husband, Chris Kenyon; three children, Kim (Jay) Russell, Kelly (Shon) Swaim, Michael Kenyon; grandchildren, Josh "Superman" (Emily), David "My David", Evan "Bubba", Melanie"Melster", Kyralynn "Ky Baby", LilyAnn "Lilypad", Bradie "Moose"; and Appearing in June, great-grandson, Jackson "Jax". She is also survived by her life-long best friend, Char Morgan.
Visitation will be held from 1:00pm until 2:00pm on Friday, March 23, 2018 at Woodland Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel, 118 Woodland Ave Dayton, Ohio 45409, where funeral service will follow at 2:00pm. Brenda will be laid to rest at Woodland Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton in Brenda's memory.
