Brenda Jo Ison

Brenda Jo (Smith) Ison, age 72, of Arcanum, Ohio, passed away on April 7, 2023. She was born in Dayton, Ohio, on November 1, 1950 to the late James and Loraine Smith.
In addition to her parents, Brenda was preceded in death by her in laws, Lenville and Iris Ison.

Brenda is survived by her husband of nearly 54 years Bobbie Ison; children: Jennifer Ison, Sheila (John) Ison Fiedler, and Jill (Matt) Ison Fairburn; grandchildren: Kyle (Trae) Fiedler, Whitney Fiedler, Ian Fairburn, Isaac Fairburn, and Olivia Fairburn; sister: Carolyn (David) Smith Clawson; and many other family and friends.

Brenda was an amazing cook, she also enjoyed vacationing at the beach with her family. But her favorite past time was spending time with her grandchildren, including attending all of their sporting events.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Brenda's name to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Ohio Labrador Retriever Rescue, 1235 Wilhelmina Drive, Vandalia, Ohio 45377.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at Brush Creek Church of God, 6370 Kessler-Frederick Rd, Tipp City, OH 45371.
