Brenda K. Flynn, age 65 of Dayton, passed away December 14, 2011. She was born February 24, 1946 in Tennessee to the late Richard and Barbara Haire.
Brenda is survived by her daughter, Kim (Jim) Thies; son, John (Leslie) Flynn, Jr; 5 grandchildren: Michelle, Jordan, Brandon, Tyler and Sean; one great grandson, Jeffrey; and sister, Phyllis Haire.
Brenda retired after many years of service from General Motors.
A funeral service will be held at 1:30 pm on Monday, December 19, 2011 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, where the family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service, from 12:30 – 1:30 pm. Burial to follow at Shiloh Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Brenda's memory to The Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Avenue, Dayton, Ohio 45420.
