Braden M. Benn

Benn, Braden Mitchell, age 57, of Dayton, Ohio passed away suddenly after a brief illness Saturday, June 7, 2008. He was born September 2, 1950 in Hamilton, OH the son of Emerson & Irene (Waysanen) Benn. He was employed by the Federal Civil Service System. USAF Wright-Patterson Air Force Base Ohio. He was a financial manager in the F-16 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) for his entire career. Upon retirement he worked for Titan Corporation and PE Systems as a contactor within the F-16 FMS. He was also a former owner of Rick's Pizza in Riverside. He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Jackie Kasatie Benn, his parents Irene & Emerson Benn and his brother, Naren (Betsy) Benn. Survivors include his loving sister, Kyle Michelle and nephews Ben & Braden Smith of Spokane, WA; cousins, Paula (Jerry) Bauer and Gunilla Breniser; and longtime close friend and coworker, Ken Birkofer. Funeral services will be held at 7 PM on Wednesday, June 11, 2008 at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, OH. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5 PM until the time of services. Private graveside services will be held at Centerville Cemetery, Centerville, OH. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Air Force Association.
