NORROD, Boyd Kim
Age 53 passed away June 1, 2014. He is preceded in death by his father, Silas Norrod. He is survived by his mother, Goldie Wilkins; siblings, Nancy (Larry) McGaha, Rick (Donna) Norrod, Janet (Don) Ramsey, and Keith (Sandy) Norrod; numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and dear friends.
Boyd was a devoted Ohio State fan and sports fanatic. He enjoyed the outdoors including fishing and camping. Boyd was a history buff who enjoyed being around people; he never met a stranger he couldn't talk to. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, June 4, 2014 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd. A funeral service will be held Thursday, June 5, 2014 at 10:30 am at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Willow View Cemetery.
