Bonnie Lee Cowley, born September 9, 1938, passed away May 2, 2011. She was preceded in death by her parents: Clara and LeRoy Day; and 2 brothers: Hurschell Day and Floyd Day.
Bonnie is survived by her husband of 53 years, Darrell; son, Darrell Michael Cowley of Dayton; grandson, Damon Cowley of Centerville; sister, Patricia McMahon of Kettering; and many nieces and nephews.
Bonnie retired from the City of Dayton Water Department in 1990. She was a member of AMVETS Post 24 and the Dabel Eagles 3031.
Visitation will be held from 5-8 pm on Thursday, May 5, 2011 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, where the funeral service will be held at 10:30 am on Friday. Burial to follow at Dayton Memorial Park.
