Gebhart, Bonita J. "Bonnie" (Bernard) age 83, of Miamisburg, passed away on October 12, 2017 at Laurelwood Assisted Living.
She was born July 11, 1934 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Alfred and Edna Bernard. She graduated from Fairview High School in 1952 and graduated from St. Elizabeth Nursing School.
Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, George. She is survived by her three daughters, Athy (John) Landis, Joyce Spurling, and Susan (Ed) Huffman; six grandchildren, Gregory Brewster, Clinton (Mariesa) Brewster, Emily (Reggie) Pope, Nataley (Josue) Calderon, Kristin (Jeremy) Bird, and Marie (Kyle) Bolen; two great-grandsons, Cruz and Leland. Bonnie is also survived by brother, Donald (Kitty) Bernard; and sister, Betty (Larry) Freeland.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 from 9:30am until 10:30am at St. Henry Church, 6696 N. Springboro Pike, where funeral mass will follow at 10:30am. Bonnie will be laid to rest next to her husband at Woodland Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton in Bonnie's memory.
