Bobby was born March 26, 1936, in Versailles, Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his Wife, Barbara; Parents, Garland and Cecil; Son, Johnny, and brother, RG.
Survivors include his Sons, Dale (Patty), Gary (Sandi) and Frank (Laura) Penn. Brother, David Penn, numerous Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren, Great-Great-Grandchildren, Nieces, nephews, Cousins and Friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to Avalon Hospice, 3085 Woodman Drive, #210, Dayton, OH 45420,
Visitation will be Sunday, June 10, 2018 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Kettering, Ohio.
