Bobby Joe Nixon, age 84 of Middletown, passed away Saturday, October 29, 2022 at Bickford of Middletown. He was born June 20, 1938 in Nelsonville, Ohio to Robert and Irma Nixon.
He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Nixon; his mother, Irma Nixon and his 1st wife, Marlene Nixon.
Bobby is survived by his wife, Lorena (nee: Treadway) Nixon; his one and only daughter, Angela Nixon-Hall; his step-daughter, Teresa (Scott) Winkler; and his grandchildren, Richard (Jaime) Hall Jr, Jennifer L. Hall and Derek Watkins. 8 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild on the way. Bobby is also survived by numerous friends. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Visitation will be Friday, November 4, 2022 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Centerville (820 Miamisburg-Centerville Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45459).
Funeral Services will be held Friday, November 4, 2022 at 11:00 am at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Centerville (820 Miamisburg-Centerville Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45459).
Interment to follow at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens in New Carlisle.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Alzheimer's Association.
