Bobby Mullins

MULLINS, Bobby Ray, born September 8, 1934 in Lookout, KY, passed away Monday October 1, 2007 at home after a lengthy illness. Preceded in death by his parents Ross and Sissie (Branham) Mullins; and brother Irvine Mullins. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Helen (Pukmel); children Cheryl Keaton and Christopher Mullins; granddaughters Mandy, Perry, Jayme, Alec (John), Holly, Powell (Phillip) and Mackenzie Mullins; great-grandchildren, Johna, Josha, Alec, Jamie and John, J.T. McGhee, Lilly McGhee, Collin McGhee and Payton Perry; sisters, Marie Shinkle of Germantown, OH and Edith Cheryl Boyd; brother, Richard Mullins, and several nieces and nephews. He attended Clintwood High School in Clintwood VA. He served in the U.S. Army from 1954 - 1956, active duty from 1956 - 1970 Army Reserves. He retired from General Motors in 1999 after 30 years service. He was deeply loved and will be dearly missed. The family will receive friends 1-2 PM Friday October 5, 2007 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM following the visitation. Interment will follow at Highland Cemetery.
