Bobby K. Manuel, age 77 of Kettering, passed away Friday, January 2, 2015 at Liberty of Washington Township after a long illness. He was born September 10, 1937 in Glendale, Ohio the son of George and Ida Manuel.Bob Served in the United States Army. He retired from Smurfit-Stone after 48 years of service and enjoyed going on cruise's including over 68.
He is preceded in death by his parents; a son, Doug Manuel, and a infant granddaughter.
Bob is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Nancy; a daughter, Nicole Manuel; a brother, James Manuel; step-daughter, Kimberly McIntosh; three grandchildren, Amanda Russell, Allison Severs, and Abigail Severs. He is also survived by numerous family and friends.
Funeral Service will be held Tuesday January 6, 2015 at 11:00 am at Newcomer Funeral Home - South Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, Ohio 45439). Visitation will be from 10:00 am until time of service at the funeral home.
Burial will be in David's Cemetery.
