Bobby Davidson

Davidson, Bobby, age 76 of Northridge, passed away on April 1, 2007 at Miami Valley Hospital. He was born October 29, 1930 in Mt. Vernon, KY, the son of Henry & Lonie (McGuire) Davidson. He worked for General Motors for 47 years and was a member of the Alpha Lodge #729 F & AM. He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Ben, Sam, Garrett, Marvin, & Marshall Davidson; and his sisters, Betty & Delphie Davidson & Gertrude Allen. Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Georgia Lee (Wyatt) Davidson; children, Marilyn (Andy) Watson, Henry Davidson, & Beth (Gil) DeSoto; grandchildren, Ambur, Bert, Loni, Bobi Jo, Ben, Brian, Becky; great grandson, Sebastian; sisters, Myrtle Carpenter & Ruth Pierson; brothers, Orbin Davidson all of Dayton, & Logan Davidson of TN; his special dog, Little Bear; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. The family would like to thank Miami Valley Hospital & Dayton Regional Dialysis Center, North for their help and care. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM on Thursday, April 5, 2007 at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, OH with Rev. Ron Coleman officiating. Burial will follow at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 5-8 PM at the funeral home.
