CAMPLIN, Bobby L.
Age 78, of Butler Twp., passed away May 10, 2010 after a lengthy illness. He was born, October 6, 1931 in Graham, KY. Bobby was retired from Georgia-Pacific in 1992 & was a member of Teamsters Local 957. He loved to go to auctions, garage sales, & the casino boats. He liked hunting, fishing, bird watching, & gardening. Bobby enjoyed watching NASCAR, the Reds and THE Ohio State Buckeyes. He was preceded in death by his parents Josh Harrison & Ruthie Mae Camplin; brothers Jewell & Bill Camplin; sisters Annie Mae Thomas, Verna Lee Danner, & Shirley Ann Collins; sister-in-law Peggy Camplin; step-daughter Deborah Belcher; mother in law & father in law Woody & Pat Neubauer; good friend Buck Hessler; & faithful companion Bud. Bobby is survived by his beloved wife of 40 years, Sally A. Camplin; children Robine (Bill) Baker, Judy Topolsky & partner Debra Martin, Rhonda Camplin, Bobby Camplin, Jr., Brenda (James) Kremer; 8 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; brothers Charles Camplin, Raymond (Betty) Camplin, Harold (Shirley) Camplin, Leonard (Alice) Camplin; sister-in-law Susan Schaaf & Brother-in-law Albert Neubauer; close nephew Ricky Schaaf; numerous other nieces, nephews, & friends; cherished friends Joy, Chris, Tori, & Sydney Theobald & Tom Topolsky; & 4 grand-dogs Garth, Cooper, Miguel, & Max. The family would like to thank Hospice of Dayton & the Miami Valley Cardiac Care Unit. The family would also like to thank the entire staff & nurses at Grace Brethren Village for the amazing love & care given to Bobby during the last few months. Visitation will be held 5-8pm, Fri. May 14 at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton where services will be held on Sat., May 15 at 10AM. Interment at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
