Blanche Smith

SMITH, Blanche I., age 81, of Beavercreek, passed away Thurs., July 1, 2004 at Crestview Manor Nursing Home. She was preceded in death by her husband Herbert W. Smith, 3 sisters Marie Trusty, Mabel Gwinn and Ethel Huber and by 1 brother Clarence Monamaker. She is survived by 2 sisters Betty Ruth (Bob) and Norma J. Cox (Ernest); 1 brother George Moneymaker; 1 brother-in-law Forrest Gwinn and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services 1:30 P.M., Tues., July 6, 2004 at Newcomer Farley Funeral Home 3940 Kettering Blvd. Pastor Phil DeLorme officiating. Interment Mt. Zion Park Cemetery.Visitation will be for 1 hour prior to the service Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton in Blanche's memory.
