Billy Curtis White, age 69 of Germantown, passed away Wednesday, August 16, 2017. He was born December 3, 1947 in Dayton, Ohio son of the late Willie and Mallie White.
Billy enjoyed his work as a cement finisher and cherished the friendships he made at work. He was an avid gardener and fisherman. He was a loving husband, father and proud grandfather who will be dearly missed by his family.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sons, Brian Curtis White and Nicholas Steven Jenkins; brother, Mick Hall and sisters, Wanda Combs and Linda White.
Billy will be missed by his loving wife of 47 years, Helen; daughter, Jan (Steve) Hendrickson; grandchildren, Amanda Fournier, Nicholas Jenkins, Jr., Steven Hendrickson, Jr., and Curtis Hendrickson; great grandchildren, Nicholas Steven Jenkins III, Justin Hendrickson and Austin Hendrickson; sister, Martha Farley; nieces, nephews and friends including his life-long friend, Donald Zugelder.
Family will receive friends Monday, August 21, 2017 from 2 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 3 p.m. at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, Ohio.
