Billy Ray Pelphrey

PELPHREY, Billy R., age 64, of Dayton, passed away on Tuesday, July 3, 2012. He is preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Pauline Pelphrey and sister-in-law, Carol Pelphrey. Bill is survived by his son, John Pelphrey; brothers, George "Butch" (Lynda), Keith, Sam (Robyn), and Earl, Jr. (Irene) Pelphrey; sisters, Paulette Laws, Yvonne Treanor, Darlene (Blaine) Smith, and Allison Denise Brooks, as well as many nieces, nephews, other family and friends. He retired from AT&T after 31 years of service. Family will receive friends from 6:00 – 9:00 pm on Saturday, July 7, 2012 at Paintsville Funeral Home, 236 2nd St., Paintsville, KY. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Sunday, July 8, 2012 at the funeral home, with Pastor Toby Wheeler officiating. Burial will follow in Paintsville, KY.
