PARKS, Billy R.

65 of Dayton, passed away Monday, November 1, 2004. Billy was born in Pennington Gap, VA, October 23, 1939. He was preceded in death by his parents, Van and Lillie Parks and brother, Harold. Billy is survived by two brothers, Clyde and Earl Parks of Miamisburg; three sisters, Stella Carter of Dayton, Lucille Peters of Miamisburg and Johnnie Honeycutt of Kingsport, TN; and a host of cousin, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Billy was a member of Moraine Heights Baptist Church. Visitation will be Wednesday, November 3, 2004 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Moraine Heights Baptist Church, 5661 Munger Road, Moraine, followed by the funeral at 1 p.m. with Pastor Terrell Hudson officiating. Burial at Evergreen Cemetery, West Carrollton, OH. Contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton. Arrangements entrusted to Newcomer-Farley Funeral Home, Kettering Chapel.
