Billy L. Barker, age 84, of New Carlisle, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 3, 2023. Billy was born in Blaine, KY on July 10, 1938 to the late Ernest & Grettie Barker.
He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Ruth Barker; children, Deborah Collins, Bob Barker, Paul Barker, Johnny Barker and Marjorie Williamson; 9 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; siblings, Dorothy Wade and Jessie Griffith; and many other relatives and friends.
There are no public services planned. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to a charity of your choice in his honor.
