Billy Ray Kelley, age 76, of Centerville, OH, formerly of Lexington, KY, passed away on Sunday, March 18, 2018.
He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings; daughter, Tonia Crandle; and son, Joshua Sean.
Billy is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Esmeralda Kelley; son, Billy (Jennifer) Kelley Jr.; Daughter, Tracey Kelley; special sister-in-law, Suzanne Kelley; and a host of grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hospice of Miami Valley.
