Billy Hendley Jr.
Billy Hendley Jr., age 79 of Miamisburg, passed away Monday, August 29, 2011.
He was born February 8, 1932 in Crossville, TN to the late William & Nellie Hendley.
Billy is survived by his wife of 54 years, Carolyn Hendley (Nee Reich); children, Ken (Pam) Hendley, Jim (Karol) Hendley, and Marlene (Jeff) Andrix; grandchildren, Paul (Brittany) Andrix, Laura (David) Gore, Megan Andrix, Alyssa and Jared Hendley; and many other relatives and friends.
He served in the US Air Force during the Korean Conflict. Billy retired from Dayton Power & Light after 35 years.
The family will receive friends Saturday, September 3, 2011 from 1-3pm at Newcomer Funeral Home South Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering). The service will follow at 3pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Heartland Hospice or to a foundation for Parkinson's research.
