Billy Buchanan

BUCHANAN, Billy G., age 77, of West Carrollton, went home to be with the Lord Sun., Jan. 22, 2006 as a result of an automobile accident. He was preceded in death by his parents, a step-daughter Glenna Hall and his previous wife Jean Buchanan. Billy is survived by his wife of 9 years, Evelyn; 1 son David Buchanan (Carolyn) of Princeton, WV; 3 daughters Virginia Garten (Jack) and Patricia Buchanan both of Princeton, WV and Sandra Wilson (Darren) of Las Vegas, NV; 1 step-son Scott McKee (Carol) of Dandridge, TN; 1 step-daughter Betty Crowder (David) of Columbus, OH; 6 grandchildren; 6 step-grandchildren; 3 great-grandsons; 14 step-great-grandchildren; 2 brothers George Buchanan of Princeton, WV and Danny Buchanan of Rogersville, TN and 4 sisters Ruth Maupin (Harry) and Peggy Allen (Jack) both of Bluefield, VA, Betty Winters (Jimmy) of Morgantown, NC and Dorothy Carter of Kingsport, TN. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army with service during the Korean War, attended Far Hills Community Church, was the owner/operator of Bill Buchanan Movers and also worked for Keymark Fund Raising. Funeral services 10 A.M., Thurs., Jan. 26, 2006 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Rev. Eric Smith officiating. Interment Valley View Memorial Gardens.
