Billy Joe Armstrong, age 71 of Washington Twp., passed away Thursday, September 28, 2023 at home surrounded by loved ones. He was born July 9, 1952 in Grahn, Kentucky to the late Bill and Viola Armstrong. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his granddaughter Allison Gary.
Billy is survived by his beloved wife, Jackie Armstrong; two children, Angela Armstrong and Andrew (Tricia) Armstrong; four grandchildren, Allan (Sara) Gary, Baylen Savage, Jerren Savage, and Ashtan Armstrong; five great-grandchildren, Shelby, Joel, Jackson, Ellison, and Hadley; brother, Tom Armstrong. He is also survived by numerous family and friends.
Graveside Services will be held Wednesday, October 11th, 2023 at 12:00pm at Memorial Park Cemetery, 8135 N. Dixie Drive, Dayton, Ohio, Lot 2 with Pastor Tim Livingston officiating.
