Billie Jean Webb, age 63, of Dayton, Ohio passed away on July 9, 2019 after a lengthy illness. Billie was born on August 9, 1955 in Dayton. She was the daughter of Edgaretta and William Myers.
For 19 years Billie worked as a Cashier for Walmart. However, Billie's real job was taking care of and providing for her kids. Billie will always be remembered by her kids as the strongest woman they will ever know. Because of Billie's strength and perseverance, her children knew that anything in life was possible. Billie was always working hard for her money. Her family and friends gave her the rightful nickname..."Dolla Bill."
Billie leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving 6 children, Dewayne, Michael (Jamie) & Daniel Johnson, Dion (Rachel) Cunningham, Jr., Nicholas Webb and D'Erika Glover; sisters, Linda McKnight, Virginia (Doc) Cameron and Rebecca (Joseph) Florkey, Sr.; 15 wonderful grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; and several loving nieces nephews and close friends.
Along with her parents, Billie was preceded in death by her brothers, William "Bubby" Myers and Jimmy Wayne Mulkey.
Visitation will be held Saturday, July 13, 2019, 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton. Funeral services will be held immediately following visitation. Cremation will take place at a later date.
As a result of the special care and support that Billie and her family received from the staff at The Hospice of Dayton, the family suggests that memorial can be made in Billie's name Hospice of Dayton.
