Billie Mae Cottle, age 89 of Fairborn, passed away Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at Friends Care Center. She was born June 9, 1931 in West Liberty, Kentucky the daughter of the late John and Gertrude Nipper.

Billie enjoyed spending her time baking and gardening. She loved word puzzles. She especially loved her cats and was affectionately known as the "Cat Lady". She was a devout Christian who read her Bible through every year. She attended Hillside Avenue Church of God in Springfield and Victory Church in Fairborn. She was a devoted mother and grandmother who will be dearly missed.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Ora Cottle; son, Timothy Cottle; sister, Freida Nipper; cousin, Jewell Amyx; and special friends, Leitha Hammons & Clarabel Runyon.

Billie is survived by her daughter, Kim (Mike) White; grandchildren, Kenyon (Nick) Clevinger, Ashley (Craig) Howard, Cody (Kaela) White & Joshua (Melanie) White; great grandchildren, Kyle, Corinna, Cassidy, Noah, Austin, Briella, Daniel & Edith; great great grandchildren, Rylie, Parker & and one on the way; and sister, Janis Nipper.

Memorial donations can be made to Victory Church in Fairborn in Billie's honor.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday March 2, 2021 at 11:30 am at Ferncliff Cemetery in Springfield.
