Bill Watts

WATTS, Bill R. (Billy Ray), 59, of Kettering born July 14, 1947 entered peacefully into eternal rest after a courageous battle with cancer on Friday March 23, 2007. He is preceded in death by his father Charles Watts; mother and step father Ruth and Buster Duncan. Bill is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Rita M. Watts; daughters Kimberly (Mike) Libecap, Kristina (Mike) Lee, and Jennifer Senters; son Jeffery Watts; brothers Roger (Shari), Benjamin (Arlene), and Eddie (Hazel) Watts; sisters Patricia (Tim) Strausbaugh, Debbie (Rick) Allison, and Tammy Anderson; brothers-in-law Joe (Brenda), Bill (Lovelle), Jim (Mary Lou), Rick (Linda), Tom (Kathy), Edward (Vicky), and John (Sue) Rhea; 9 grandchildren whom he loved dearly and his loyal dog Samantha. He was a faithful employee of Dayton Steel. The family would like to thank Dr. Keaton Shah and staff at Dayton Oncology and Dr. Gary Anderson and staff at Kettering Hospital, 5 North. Funeral services will be held 11:00AM Tuesday March 27, 2007 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00AMTuesday prior to services at the funeral home.
