Bill Clark

Bill Clark, age 77 of East Dayton, passed away March 17, 2018. He was born April 24, 1940 in Dayton. He was preceded in death by his parents: Ruth and Harry Jacobs; and his grandparents.

Bill is survived by his wife of 49 years, Ethel "June" Clark; children: Billy Clark, Jr., Sheri Clark, Bob Clark, Vikki McDaniel, Jonathan (Jayme) Fugate, Glenn Fugate, Timothy (Candy) Fugate and Carol Fugate; 21 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; brother, Darrell (Barb) Clark; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Bill was an employee for many years at Dayton Press, where he was a Union representative. He later retired from Bowser-Morner, Inc. He was a member of the East Dayton Club, the Milton Club and East Dayton Priority Board for many years. Bill enjoyed fishing, gardening, telling stories and jokes, but most of all, he loved spending time with his family.

Visitation will be held from 6-8 pm on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, where the funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday. Ronnie Hensley officiating. Burial to follow at Royal Oak Memorial Gardens. The family would like to thank a very special nurse, Shanika Taylor who always went the extra mile for Bill and his family.
