Beverly Ann Wilson, age 81, of Germantown, Ohio passed away on July 4, 2019 after a long battle with cancer. She was born on October 18, 1937, in Dayton, Ohio. She was the daughter of Darold and Arminia (Combs) Brown.
In 1955, Beverly graduated from Roosevelt High School. She was employed as a customer service representative for Shopsmith Woodworking Equipment and Supplies in Dayton, Ohio until she retired. Her family was the most important part of her life. She gave her whole heart to each and everyone of her family. She attended every family picnic, family reunion, cookie exchanges, Holiday dinners, weddings and birthday parties where she was "always first in line for the food buffet!" Beverly always had a smile on her face, a joke to tell and she never met a stranger. She will truly be missed by all who knew her.
Beverly was also known for her artistic talents. She would paint wonderful portraits and flowers. Beverly would take time to provide the neighborhood children art and craft lessons. She was especially known for her Christmas stocking creations where she had made over 175 stockings and give them as gifts to her family members and friends alike. Her daughter Lisa, would display her 25 Christmas stockings every Christmas for all the family and friends to enjoy.
Beverly is survived by her loving daughter and only child, Lisa (Don) Partee; her special sister, Sheryl (Brown) Adkins; grandchildren, Ryan (Leah) Holp, Chad (Alicia Garcia) Brown, Chelsey (Lance) Downing; great-grandchildren, Rion, Keristen and Scarlett Holp, Julia Deisher and Brody Arden; nieces, Michelle (Bobby) Romeiser, Jean (Steve) McNew, Debbie Miller; great-niece, Christine (Kirk) Stover; and a host of very loved cousins and other family members and friends.
Along with her parents, Beverly was preceded in death by her loving husband of 51 years, Jimmie K. Wilson; grandparents, Orlando and Carrie Combs; brother, Darold "Darry" Brown; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Darrel and Carol Wilson.
Beverly will be cremated with a private graveside service to be conducted at a later date in Beverly's favorite vacation destination, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
The family is requesting that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Beverly's name to the Hospice of Middletown.
