Beverly Jean Large

LARGE, Beverly, age 73, went home to be with the Lord, Thursday, September 25, 2008. She is preceded in death by her parents, Cecil & Gladys Mutispaugh. Beverly is survived by her husband of 55 years, Scott Large; daughter, Cheryl Severens of Newport Beach, CA; sister, Shirley Hicks of Kettering, OH; nieces, Tracy and Terry; niece, Linda & Virgil Wiley, and many other nieces and nephews. Beverly was a devoted Sunday School teacher for many years and a longtime member of Far Hills Baptist Church, and current member of First Baptist Church, Kettering. She was employed by and retired from the Dayton Board of Education after 34 years. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, September 29, 2008 at First Baptist Church, 3939 Swigart Rd. Family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service at the church. Interment will follow at Woodland Cemetery, Dayton. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First Baptist Church Building Fund.
