Beverly K. Childs

Beverly K. Childs, age 56, of Huber Heights, passed away November 15, 2022. She was born April 4, 1966 in Dayton, Ohio to the late John and Katherine Studebaker. In addition to her parents, Bev was preceded in death by her husband, Philip Childs; and sister, Donna Woods.

Bev is survived by her sister, Tammy Fowler (Scott); fiance, Roger Keys; daughter, McKenzie Thorpe; step-daughter, Cheyenne Keys; step-son, Dalton Keys; niece, Michelle Pratt; grandchildren: Aurora, Damien, Liam, Braelon and Iris; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Bev worked at Speedway on Old Troy Pike for 25 years. She loved reading, traveling, trivia, owls, music and going to concerts. She was the most kind, selfless, loving woman who always put others first. She enjoyed shopping, baking and spending time with her family.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 - 7:00 pm on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at Newcomer Funeral Home, North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, where the funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday.
