Betty Ann Uhlman

Betty Ann (Lee) Uhlman, "Badass Betty," age 69 of Miamisburg, passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties. She was born September 1, 1953 in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of the late William and Lola Mae Whitt.
Betty graduated from Valley View High School in 1971 and went on to further her education by earning a Bachelor of Science in Education from Miami University in 1975. She also earned a Master of Science in Teaching from the University of Dayton in 1982 and a Paralegal degree in 1990. She retired as an educator from Miamisburg City Schools after 30 years of teaching. She taught radio broadcasting, debates, speech, and Language Arts.
Betty was an adventurer, she was passionate, and she loved to travel, nationally and internationally. She was a fearless motorcycle rider, a great interior decorator, and had an eye for color in fashion and in the flower bed. She was admired by her fellow teachers and impacted a lot of the students who passed through the doors of her classroom.
Betty is survived by her husband of nearly 18 years, Paul; sister, Linda Green; nephew, Eric Schneider; as well as numerous extended family members and friends.
