SWINTEK, Betty Joyce, age 72 of Huber Heights, passed away July 20, 2013. She was born in Field, KY to the late Margaret and Frank Slusher. In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her brother, Britt Slusher.
Betty is survived by her husband of 47 years, John Swintek; daughters, Joyce Tillman and Jill (Jeff) Flynn; 5 beloved grandchildren, Jessica, Jeffery, Joshua, Jake, and Jerome; sister, Frankie Lamb; and many other loving relatives and friends.
Betty was an avid shopper and always could spot a good deal, she had a passion for ballroom dancing and a love for golf. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Family will be going in procession to St. Peter's from the funeral home.
