Betty Ruth Spencer, age 80, of Vandalia, Ohio passed away on May 9, 2021.
Betty was born on November 11, 1940, in Manchester, Tennessee to Walter and Alice Tucker. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Sherry.
She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Noah Spencer; children, Penny (Mike) Dinneen, Jamie (Dianne) Spencer, Kimberly (Tim) Dibley and Noah Spencer III; many loving grand children and great-grand children; her sister, Barbara (Rick) Cable; and many brother and sisters in law, nieces and nephews.
She was a wonderful and devoted grandmother to all of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A private service for family members and close friends will be held at Way Of The Cross Church, on Friday, May 14, 2021 at 1pm.
