Betty R. Smith, 70, of Kettering, OH passed away Monday March 5, 2012.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Lex and Ruth Ballard; brothers, Arnold Ballard and Loyal Donald Ballard; and sisters, Vodle Chafin and Avannah Mayberry.
Survivors include her husband, Howard Ray Smith; son, David E. Dawson; daughter, Terina (Dale) Turner; grandchildren, Melissa (Josh), Jeremy, Brandy, Elisha, and Deric; great grandchildren, Brandon, Kirsten, Mikey, Ayden, Sydnie, and Mariah; sister, Dimple Noble; special family member, Donna (Kevin); and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation is Thursday March 8, 2012 from 1pm to 2pm with funeral service starting at 2pm at the Newcomer Funeral Home (Beavercreek Chapel), Beavercreek, OH.
Interment is in Woodland Cemetery, Dayton, OH.
