SIFFORD, Betty E., 85, of Dayton passed away Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at Miami Valley Hospital. She is preceded in death by her parents George and Susie Sifford; brother George Sifford; aunts Sadie and Nancy Mundy; brother-in-law Paul Gregory. She is survived by her sister Jacqueline Gregory; and she was a loving aunt to many nieces, nephews, and their families.
She had a long career in retail sales at Donenfeld's and Elder-Beerman Department Stores.
Family will receive friends from 10:00-10:30 AM Saturday, November 19, 2011 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton Xenia Rd with services to follow at 10:30 AM. Burial will be held at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
