Betty J. Ries, age 88, of Chicago, IL, went on to be with her loving husband, J. Wesley Ries and son, John P. Ries on Thursday, January 12, 2017.
Betty was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She dedicated her life to taking care of her family and now her work is complete, may she rest in peace.
Betty was born on September 12, 1928 in Chicago, IL to the late Thomas & Emily Roberts.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, J. Wesley Ries; son, John P. Ries; and sons-in-law, William Ryan and Thomas Teuscher.
Betty is survived by her children, Tevis Teuscher, Gayle Ryan and Arthur (Jeanette) Ries; grandchildren, Lisa (John) Domaszewicz, Marsha (Brian) Odom, Emily Cresswell, Jerell Cresswell, Patricia (Cory) Ryan Lee, Jake (Christine) Ries and Niki Ries; and great-grandchildren, Nick Odom, Kyle Odom, Alexis Carman, Chance Cresswell and Liam Lee.
