Betty Lou Feltner, age 88, of Dayton, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 17, 2021.
Betty was born in Hazard, KY on March 15, 1933 to the late Roscoe & Nora (Darling) Blankenship.
In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Charles B. Feltner.
Betty is survived by her children, Kim Feltner and Vanessa Feltner; grandsons, Jerod, Matt and Eric; 4 great-grandchildren; Zoe, Max, Michael and MaryElla; niece, Karen Ouimet; nephew, Lloyd Turner; and sister-in-law, Doris Feltner.
Betty adored her family-especially her grandkids and great-grandkids. She loved opera and old time southern gospel music. Betty was known for her southern cooking, but her #1 dish was spaghetti!
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Betty's memory to the Dementia Society of America.
Visitation for Betty will be at Oak Creek Church, 4800 Bigger Road, Kettering, Ohio 45440, on Wednesday, September 1, 2021, from 10:00am to 11:00am with the Memorial service at 11:00am. Inurnment will follow at Miami Valley Memory Gardens, 1639 E. Lytle-Five Points Rd. Centerville, Ohio 45458.
