Betty M. Hotopp, age 82 of Dayton, Ohio went to be with the Lord on June 8, 2024. She was born December 26, 1941 in Dayton, Ohio daughter of the late Jennie (Elmer) Stegman.

Betty was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She was a faithful member of Our Lady of the Rosary. She enjoyed going out to eat with her friends and spending time with her beloved k9, Daisy. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Hotopp Sr.; sons, Terry Evans, Mark Sink, and Jerry Sink; and brothers, Bob and Larry Morell.

She is survived by her son, Rob (Melissa) Sink; grandchildren, Kasey (Jason) Berkshire, Kara (Ryan) Hill, Kourtney Sink (Garland Jones), Britane Sink, and Cassandra (Josh) Perkins; several great grandchildren; as well as numerous other family members and friends.

A visitation will be held on Monday, June 17, 2024 from 5pm to 7pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton, Ohio 45424.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at 10am at Our Lady of the Rosary, 40 Notre Dame Avenue, Dayton, Ohio 45404. Burial will follow at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
