Betty Himebaugh

HIMEBAUGH, Betty Lee (Collins), age 83, of Dayton passed away peacefully Saturday, March 11, 2006 at Walnut Creek Nursing Home. She was born in Charleston, SC October 24, 1922 and was raised in Mt. Pleasant, SC. Betty graduated from Memminger High School and attended Rice Business College in Charleston. She worked for the government and retired from the E & M Payroll Dept. at N.C.R. Betty loved to play bridge, work crossword and jigsaw puzzles and travel. She was preceded in death by her parents George & Bessie Collins; Betty is survived by her husband of 63 years, Joe M. Himebaugh; 2 daughters Patricia Annarino and Nancy Walton; 1 son Joe M. Himebaugh, Jr. "Jody" of Vermont; 1 brother William Collins; 3 granddaughters Sarah, Leah and Rachel Annarino; 2 grandsons Mark and Matthew Himebaugh of New Jersey; 1 niece Susan Collins and 1 nephew Chris Collins. Graveside services will be held at 2 P.M., Tues., March 14, 2006 at David's Cemetery. Pastor Rob Wackerman officiating.
