Betty M. Green, age 89, recently of Toledo, OH, went Home to be with the Lord on October 9, 2021. She was born on January 25, 1932 in Erie, PA to the late Howard and Bertha (Hoover) Lininger. In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by first husband, William A. Hoffer; second husband, Stanley R. Green, son, Robert H. Green and brother-in-law, Ronald D. Waite.
She is survived by her daughters, Seri L. (Tom) Dreiling and Jodine M. (Todd) Yost; son, Stanley D. Green; grandchildren, Brian T. (Heather) Dreiling, Jeffrey M. (Sarah) Dreiling, Noelle E. Dreiling, Brandon W. (Jana) Yost and Melissa M. (Michael) Wolfe; 9 great-grandchildren; siblings, Howard G. (Joan) Lininger and Shirley A. Waite; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
Betty enjoyed traveling and visiting many states across the country. She practiced several hobbies including sewing, cake decorating and coloring/painting. Betty taught herself to play the organ and was part of a singing duet. She was an avid reader and a street racer. Betty believed in Jesus as her Savior and had the hope of eternal life.
